1. Introduction
Welcome to ALevelHub. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our A-Level learning platform, including past papers, timed practice sessions, AI marking, topic practice, and paid Pro plans. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use ALevelHub. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. The Service
ALevelHub provides past paper browsing, practice workflows, AI-generated feedback and scoring estimates, and study recommendations. We do not guarantee any specific exam grade. Outputs are educational aids only and are not official exam board results. ALevelHub is not affiliated with CIE, Edexcel, AQA, OCR, or any other exam boards.
4. Paid Plans & Payments
Pro access is sold as one-time purchases for a fixed period — monthly plans cover one month, and annual plans cover one year. Plans do not auto-renew; when your access period ends, you may purchase again if you wish to continue. Each purchase is a separate transaction and is charged once at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Free-tier usage limits may apply.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the Service, attempt to reverse-engineer our models, scrape content at scale, share account access, or upload unlawful material. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, and software remain the property of ALevelHub Ltd. or its licensors. You retain ownership of your answers, uploads, and submissions, and grant us a limited license to process them to deliver the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALevelHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
